Product Care

  • We highly recommend that you protect your jewellery by storing it in our velvet pouch when not wearing.   

  • Storing the pieces in your bedroom versus in the bathroom will also help, since all the moisture from the baths will 

  • make sterling silver perishes tarnish more quickly. 

  • For the plating pieces, the surface treatments will fade over time because of contact with clothes, hard surfaces, sweat, perfume, hairspray, air pollution and others.  Therefore,  try to avoid direct contact with water and chemical products e.g. soap, perfume, abrasive products.   And more importantly, always pat dry the items before storing.  Try avoiding wearing the  jewellery when in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering.  Gently wipe jewellery clean with a soft cloth after each wear to remove make up and oils (from skin) is highly recommended.

What is your return policy?

No refunds or exchanges are excepted due to personal preferences.  If the item is faulty, it can be exchange or refund with original receipt at our shops.

If any case, customer would like to exchange an item by shipping to us, any shipping cost from customer will be bear by customer, and any shipping cost 

from Flawless Beaux, will be bear by Flawless Beaux.

If due to sizes issues, we can exchange the same style in appropriate sizes (if available) or use as store credit to exchange another item, but cannot refund 

any unused amount.   To avoid disappointment, if you would like to exchange, we recommend that you check the item is available in your preferred store,

 before visiting the store. You can do this by messaging us or emailing us.  

Please note that all ALL PURCHASES OF SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, we are unable to offer a refund for ‘change of mind’ reasons on sale items; however, 

an exchange for a different size in-store or online is acceptable, where stock is available. 

Please note any custom made orders, amended and/or repair items CANNOT be exchange or refund.  


We offer the following warranty on jewellery purchased from us. 


  • One Free Resizing on bracelet  and necklace

  • Lifetime Cleaning  with our cleaning machine

  • Half year repair  due to normal usage , limited to 2 times re plating.  




Lost, stolen or abused jewellery. Jewellery that can't be reworked to look like new (such as stepped on and roughly beaten up shapes). 

Merchandise will not be guaranteed if it has been abused or worn out of expectations for normal, everyday wear. 

We will try our very best to rework the Jewellery to look like new but in some cases with the types of materials, it is impossible due to 100% new. 

Our warranty does not cover loss or damage to any real diamonds being lost.
