Product Care

  • We highly recommend that you protect your jewellery by storing it in our velvet pouch and plastic zip bags when not wearing. 

  • Storing the pieces in your bedroom versus in the bathroom will also help, since all the moisture from the baths will make sterling silver perishes tarnish more quickly. 

  • For the plating pieces, the surface treatments will fade over time because of contact with clothes, hard surfaces, sweat, perfume, hairspray, air pollution and others.  Therefore,  try to avoid direct contact with water and chemical products e.g. soap, perfume, abrasive products.   And more importantly, always pat dry the items before storing.  

  • Try avoiding wearing the  jewellery when in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering.

  •  Gently wipe jewellery clean with a soft cloth after each wear to remove make up and oils (from skin) is highly recommended.

What is your return policy?

  • We regret to inform you that refunds or exchanges based on personal preferences cannot be accommodated. However, in the event that the item is found to be faulty, we are pleased to offer an exchange for a new one or refund when the item is not available upon presentation of the original receipt at any of our shops.

  • In the event that a customer wishes to exchange an item by means of shipping it back to us, any associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Conversely, any shipping costs incurred by Flawless Beaux will be borne by our company.

  • In the event that size discrepancies arise, we are capable of facilitating an exchange of the same style in a suitable size, provided it is available. Alternatively, we offer the option of utilizing the store credit to exchange for a different item. However, please note that we are unable to refund any remaining balance.  In order to avoid any possible disappointment, we respectfully recommend that you confirm the availability of the item you wish to exchange at your preferred store before your visit. This can be accomplished by contacting us through a message or email.

  • Kindly be advised that all purchases of sale items are considered FINAL and cannot be refunded for reasons of a change of mind. However, we do accept exchanges for a different size, both in-store and online, provided that stock is available. Please take note that custom made orders, as well as amended and/or repair items, are not eligible for any exchange or refund.


We offer the following warranty on jewellery purchased from us. 


  • One Free Resizing on bracelet and necklace

  • Half year repair due to normal usage, such as loose stones or lock issues.   Limited to 2 times, excluding any issues regarding with colors and/or plating.


  • After the warranty period, we can repair (subject to the damages) at a small fee, please contact us for further enquires. 


  • In the event of lost, stolen, or mistreated jewellery, we regret to inform you that any items that cannot be restored to their original condition will not be eligible for replacement. Merchandise that has been subjected to excessive wear and tear beyond the bounds of normal, everyday use will not be guaranteed.

  • We will make every effort to restore the jewellery to its original condition, but certain materials may preclude a complete restoration to 100% new. Please note that our warranty does not extend to any loss or damage incurred.
